Designing:
The landscape design will take into consideration various leisure and ecological requirements, showcasing the special beauty of east china. The goal is to integrate the technological advantage with the natural environment to achieve a certain harmony in this park.
Area
The park covers a total area of 9 km2, 8 km2 for industry and 1 km2 for commerce.The initially developed 3-km2 land, where 1.08 million RMB will be invested, includes ¡°Kuailu Industry Base¡±, ¡°Wenzhou Industrial Park¡±, and ¡°International Technology Industrial Park¡±.
Development
Infrastructure:Roads, water supply system, sewage system, drainage system, power supply, telecommunication, steam and land-leveling are in place within the 25 km2 of Zhenjiang New Area. So far, Zhenjiang New Area has invested up to 2.55 billion Yuan (RMB) in infrastructure construction. In Zhenjiang New Area, the ground elevation is 7-20 meters; therefore, even the biggest flood in a century will not give rise to water logging within the plant area. The ground planeness is less than 20 centimeters and the road elevation is 20 centimeters lower than that of the ground.
